Manage your seller fulfilled returns in the US
With Domestic Return Address (DRA) program, you can manage return requests for your self-ship orders through a third-party Returns Service Provider (RSP) in the US.
What is Domestic Return Address (DRA) program?
DRA program is a solution to handle returns for your self-ship orders in the US. If you do not have a domestic address in the US to receive customer returns, you may engage with third-party Return Service Provide (RSP) through their Service Provider Network (SPN) page on Seller Central. These RSPs will help you manage your returns through their local warehouse network.
No need for returnless refunds
You do not have to provide returnless refunds for your orders due to lack of availability of domestic return address
Automated return label generation for eligible return requests
Once you update domestic return address, Amazon will automatically generate return labels for eligible return requests placed on your orders. Your return orders will get routed to the return provider warehouse
Cost-effective solution
You can get Amazon negotiated rates for your return orders with our partnered RSPs
Re-inventorize your returns
Once your return order reaches RSP's warehouse and passes necessary quality checks, you can re-use the same product either by inbounding through FBA or shipping as next MFN order. You can also dispose the unsellable returned items through RSP as per the applicable charges
Hassle-free return experience
You need not look into each individual return request and follow-up with the buyer through Buyer Seller Messages
