You only need to meet two specific criteria to enroll in Amazon Brand Registry:
● Trademark registration: Your brand should have a valid or pending trademark registration number issued by an approved government intellectual property (IP) office. The trademark should be operational in every country you intend to register in.
● Brand name or logo: You need to have a brand name, a logo that includes your brand name, that is printed or affixed to your products and packaging.

Sign into Amazon Brand Registry
To get started, you’ll need to create a Brand Registry account and provide detailed information about your intellectual property and products. If you’re already selling on Amazon, you can create your Brand Registry account using the same details you use to log into Seller Central. This will link your accounts, ensuring you have access to brand protection tools in both accounts.

Once you’ve created and logged into your Brand Registry account, click “Enroll a new brand.” Then, select “I have a pending or registered trademark” to start the application process.

Fill out your brand information
Enter your brand name, trademark office, registration number, and country of registration. Ensure all details match your official trademark documents.

Provide seller account and/or product information
Share your business relationship with Amazon (if any), provide product information, and images of your products and product packaging with your brand logo clearly displayed.

Provide manufacturing and distribution information
Add manufacturing or distribution information that will help us verify your identity as the rights owner.

Submit your application
Upload any supporting documents necessary, review the information you’ve entered, and submit your application.
