Here's what you can sell on Amazon and what you can not

Amazon is a customer obsessed company and strictly follows governmental laws and regulations while selling a product online. As a seller, it is necessary for you to know what you can sell online and what products are restricted and cannot be sold. In this article, we’ll help you with the indicative list of prohibited products which will help you decide what to sell on Amazon and what not.

Informing the relevant governmental, legal and regulatory authorities for necessary action

- Medical Devices & Accessories: Products claiming that the same is intended to be used for the diagnosis, cure, mitigation, treatment or prevention of disease in humans unless the claim is cleared or approved by regulatory authorities

- Recalled Products: These products are prohibited because Amazon wants to ensure that the products added on the Website are safe, listings in relation to such products recalled by the manufacturer or by any government or legal authorities is prohibited.
- Sexual Wellness
- Stolen Property & Lock Picking Devices
- Surveillance Equipment: Devices that are primarily useful for the purpose of the secretive surreptitious interception of wire, oral, or electronic communications (i.e., eavesdropping or wiretapping).
- Tobacco & Tobacco-Related Products: Tobacco, or any product that contains tobacco. Electronic cigarettes and related products.
