As a new seller on Amazon, you might have some questions regarding this feature. In this article, we will try to answer some of your questions that can help you better use this feature and get your queries resolved sooner.

What are these case logs on the Amazon seller app?

All communication between a seller and seller support falls under a case. Every time you contact seller support and send your query, a case is created and all correspondence that happens over that query is recorded as a log against that case.

Where can I find these cases on App?

On the home screen, click on Communication Center, under which you will find the Case Logs section. This has all the cases associated with your account sorted with the most recent cases at the top . You will be able to scroll down the list and tap at the end of the list to access older cases. On tapping a particular case, you will be able to open the entire correspondence that happened on the case. You will also be able to respond on the case by typing your reply and attaching required images.

Can I search my cases?

At the top of the list of cases, there is a search box where you can enter a case ID, case title or specific keywords. This will show only the case that is specifically searched for.
