Quick communication with the Seller Support Team

With the introduction of this feature on the App, sellers would now be able to communicate with the Seller Support Team via the App. This feature simplifies the management of support tickets for thousands of Amazon sellers and helps them get their problems resolved much faster.

Easy follow-up on the cases requested

Sellers can easily contact seller support team, create a support request (case) by detailing their problem, view status of their case and follow up on a case on the go. You can check for updates on a case and reply to it with all required information to the seller support team.

Upload images for a better explanation

Sellers can create a case with the seller support team and attach relevant screenshots and images to better explain their query via the Amazon Seller App. They will also be able to view a list of all the cases they have created and their status – Open, Answered, Needs your attention, etc.. For the cases where there is action needed by the seller, they can respond and if needed, attach the required documents or click an image and upload via the app itself.

As a new seller on Amazon, you might have some questions regarding this feature. In this article, we will try to answer some of your questions that can help you better use this feature and get your queries resolved sooner.

What are these case logs on the Amazon seller app?

All communication between a seller and seller support falls under a case. Every time you contact seller support and send your query, a case is created and all correspondence that happens over that query is recorded as a log against that case.

Where can I find these cases on App?

On the home screen, click on Communication Center, under which you will find the Case Logs section. This has all the cases associated with your account sorted with the most recent cases at the top . You will be able to scroll down the list and tap at the end of the list to access older cases. On tapping a particular case, you will be able to open the entire correspondence that happened on the case. You will also be able to respond on the case by typing your reply and attaching required images.

Can I search my cases?

At the top of the list of cases, there is a search box where you can enter a case ID, case title or specific keywords. This will show only the case that is specifically searched for.

We hope this article helps you understand the benefit of Caselogs and your queries are resolved at a faster pace.
