What is ATES/SA Program?
• Seller Onboarding Program has 2 sub-programs:
1. ATES (Amazon Trained Ecommerce Specialist) program is a seller onboarding program for individual freelancers who wish to onboard sellers as full time or part time.
2. SA (Seller Affiliates) program is a seller onboarding program for small and medium sized business having GST and working with a team
• Any individual or entity can join the program with minimal investments and work part time or full time

How should I get enrolled into this program?
You need to use the above registration link to enroll in the program. Post registration, our team will reach out to you with onboarding steps
After I complete the registration, will Amazon connect me to sellers? Or will I need to find them myself?
For launching new sellers, you would need to generate your own leads. You will be a registered ATES/SA service provider and will be eligible for payout from Amazon on the performance of the onboarded new sellers.
What kind of training/mentoring needs to be provided by you to the sellers you on-board?
You will provide assistance in registering and launching sellers on the marketplace and training sellers for managing seller central which includes training the seller on inventory management, shipping and order management aspects before the launch of the Seller to enable the Seller to manage his/ her Seller Central account without any support from the Service Provider.
How will I earn money?
• The earning opportunity for the program is strictly on pay-for-performance basis, i.e. Gross Merchandise Sales (GMS) generated by each seller onboarded and we don’t guarantee fixed payout amount.
• You can earn up to INR 82000 per seller basis GMS delivered by seller in Launch + 2 months
• You can additionally earn up to INR 14000 per seller basis the seller actions namely FBA VOGS, HVS, selection, SP spend, first ad wallet recharge
• This makes the overall earning opportunity up to INR 96000 per seller
• You will receive payouts through Channelplay Limited which is the authorized payout processor for ATES/SA. You will have to complete KYC with Channelplay to get registered in the program.
• You can earn up to INR 82000 per seller basis GMS delivered by seller in Launch + 2 months
• You can additionally earn up to INR 14000 per seller basis the seller actions namely FBA VOGS, HVS, selection, SP spend, first ad wallet recharge
• This makes the overall earning opportunity up to INR 96000 per seller
• You will receive payouts through Channelplay Limited which is the authorized payout processor for ATES/SA. You will have to complete KYC with Channelplay to get registered in the program.
What inputs/support will I receive from Amazon to improve my sellers’ performance?
• Amazon will provide access to tools to help guide sellers and make them successful. Your responsibility is to train/guide the sellers
What are major don’ts for an ATES/SA service provider?
• You should not on-board any sellers without interaction and having established that the seller is genuine and interested to sell on Amazon.
• You should validate all seller details before you onboard any seller on Amazon.
• You should not create seller Email ID and password on seller’s behalf.
• You should not make any changes to the seller’s account without seller’s consent.
• You should not fill in privileged data like seller’s bank details, GST/PAN details on seller’s behalf.
• You should not use your/your employee’s contact number for seller account registration/on-boarding process, as it can lead to seller’s account getting suspended and is considered as a non-compliant.
• You should validate all seller details before you onboard any seller on Amazon.
• You should not create seller Email ID and password on seller’s behalf.
• You should not make any changes to the seller’s account without seller’s consent.
