  • Arrange for delivering orders same day/next day to customers in your area (through your own delivery associates or a courier partner).
  • Have the ability to provide additional services such as demo or installation (if applicable) during delivery. This is not mandatory for the program

Installation guide to the Selling Services on Amazon App

What is Selling Services on Amazon App?
The “Selling Services on Amazon App” enables delivery personnel of self-ship sellers to mark scans such as pickups and deliveries against your Self Ship orders, and enables integrated tracking of deliveries to the customers
How to install the Selling Services on Amazon App?
Pre-requisites (must haves)
You (seller) have a selling account on Amazon Seller Central
Your Delivery Personnel has a working email-ID and phone number
Your Delivery Personnel has an Android device (version 8.0+) or iOS device (version 13+)
Note : You are responsible to seek consent and comply with applicable data protection laws in respect of processing of personal data of your delivery personnel including by Amazon as your data processor.

Step 1 :

Update business address in Buy Shipping preferences page – Log into Amazon Seller Central and go to Settings> Account Info > Buy Shipping Preferences. Click on Add New Address button to save your business address.
Note : Please note your address updated here should match your address updated in Manage GST detail page

Step 2 :

Activate the Service Settings Page – To be able to use the App, you (seller) have to click on this Activation link and enter Invitation Code as “INVITATIONCODE”. You will be able to see the Service Settings in Settings after 10 minutes of completing this.

Step 3 :

Invite the Delivery Personnel - Go to Settings > Service Settings > Staff Management tab. Click “Add Staff” and enter the Delivery Personnel details (DP’s name, e-mail address) and click on Invite.

Step 4 :

Delivery Personnel to set password and download the Selling Services on Amazon App
i) Set password for login : Delivery personnel will receive an invitation e-mail to download the app. The delivery personnel will need to set their password by clicking on the link present in the mail, and complete the verification steps.
ii) Click on App store / Play Store icon: Download the app by clicking on the link or search for “Selling Services on Amazon” on the App store/Play Store

How do I use the Selling Services on Amazon App?
The Selling Services on Amazon App allows your delivery personnel to mark Pickup, Delivered, Rejected and Undeliverable status for your Self Ship orders.
