Flat 50% waiver on Referral Fee across categories for sellers registering from 27 August, 2023 and 4 November, 2023
1. This limited term offer is offered by Amazon Seller Services Private Limited ("Amazon", "we", "us" or "our").
2. This Referral Fee waiver Offer ("Offer") is available to India-based sellers who register (complete sign up to their Amazon Seller Central account and enter their company name) on sell.amazon.in website or the mobile application thereof (collectively, "Site") in accordance with the terms and conditions of this Offer ("Offer Terms").
3. This Offer is valid for sellers registering on the Site from August 27, 2023 to November 4, 2023 (both days inclusive) ("Offer Period"), unless extended or revoked by Amazon in its sole discretion.
4. Upon successfully registering as a seller (completing sign up to their Amazon Seller Central account and entering their legal entity name) on the Site, subject to the Offer Terms, the seller will be eligible for 50% waiver on referral fee payable: (a) for a period of 60 days from their date of registration; or (b) till such time that a seller accrues a waiver amount of up to INR 10,000, whichever is earlier. This is a limited time Offer.
5. To be eligible for the Offer, you need to register yourself as a seller on the Site for the first time during the Offer Period.
6. These Offer Terms will apply to you in addition to the Amazon Services Business Solutions Agreement ("BSA") and any other terms and conditions that are accepted by you upon launching as a seller on the Site. Only with respect to this Offer, in the event of any conflict in the provisions of the BSA, these Offer Terms shall prevail.
7. Amazon reserves the right to determine, in its sole and absolute discretion, whether or not you have successfully met all the criteria to receive the fee waiver under this Offer.
8. Amazon reserves the right to terminate your participation under this Offer, at any point of time, in its sole discretion, with or without cause, including if any one of the criteria outlined herein are not met.
9. You acknowledge and agree that at any point of time, Amazon reserves the right to cancel, modify, change, suspend or withdraw any of these Offer Terms as it may deem fit, in part or in their entirety, with or without cause, without giving any prior notice without incurring any liability whatsoever.
10. Amazon does not waive any right under these Offer Terms by failing to insist on compliance with any of the provisions of these Offer Terms or by failing to exercise any right hereunder. To the extent permissible under any applicable law, Amazon waives and disclaims all responsibility and liability for any damages or losses arising out of any statute, contract or otherwise from or in connection with the Offer or any Offer related activities and any benefits/ waivers provided hereunder
11. Notwithstanding anything contained in these Offer Terms, Amazon shall in no event be liable for any special, direct, indirect, consequential or incidental damages (including but not limited to damages for loss of business profits, business interruption, loss of business information, and the like) arising out of these Offer Terms, any documents referenced in these Offer Terms, or any addendum or amendment hereto even if Amazon had been advised of the possibility of such damages
12. Please note that there may be similar offers running at the time of this Offer. By participating in this Offer, you will not be eligible to receive any benefit awarded in any other offer unless you participate in each offer separately.
13. No person is bound in any way to participate in this Offer. Any participation in the Offer is voluntary and the Offer is being made purely on a best effort basis.
14. Nothing herein amounts to a commitment by Amazon to conduct further, similar or other offers.

16. Any disputes arising out of and in connection with this Offer shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Bangalore only.
