Targeted Tasks
Each task has tailored recommendations. These recommendations are customized to your business, that may help you take the right steps to complete the tasks efficiently and successfully. Each task has a structured action plan with timelines to complete the task, completion criteria and rewards. These tasks will help you make most of the tools and features on Amazon and take actions that potentially lead to highest positive impact on your growth.
Smart Recommendations
To help you successfully complete the task, personalized recommendations are given to guide you on every step and action. These recommendations are tailored to your unique needs and drive growth in key business areas.
Exciting Rewards
After successful task completion, you can receive Ad credits or SRP rewards. The SRP rewards can be redeemed as cash reward. You can also be eligible to get non-monetary rewards such as certificates, awards etc.

These tasks, coupled with guidance on how to complete them and rewards upon completion, are aimed at helping driving seller performance improvement

How does the Missions program benefit my business?

How do I enroll to Missions? Is there any fee for enrolment?
There is no fee for enrolling in Missions tasks. You can click on “Start Missions” button to enroll to Missions task

What are the additional terms I need to follow to be eligible for tasks?
Eligibility of each task will be task-specific. You will get the complete information and step-by-step guide in the terms and conditions provided for each task.
How should I know the status of enrolled task?
Each task will have a progress bar on the side, where you will be able to see the status of enrolled task. For each task you can see the different status like enrolled, in-progress with percentage of completion, ended, time left for task to expire, expired etc.
Where should I check which business area will be improved by Missions task?
In the Missions dashboard you can see the improvement output of each Missions task under “Category Description”.
I don’t want to refer recommendations provided for the Missions task, will it be, okay?
Recommendations are personalized to your business requirements and will potentially have the highest impact on your business metrics. However, using Missions recommendations is optional for task completion
If I don’t complete the Missions task after enrolling, can Amazon deduct money from Amazon account?
No, Money will not be deducted by Amazon if you don’t complete the task.
What rewards will I receive after finishing tasks in Missions?
Upon successfully completing tasks, you can receive different rewards. These include:1. SRP rewards2. Ads Credits3. Other rewards4. Certificates5. Trophies6. Invites to special seller events and others
What is the SRP reward policy? How will the Missions rewards be redeemed?
Once you complete your task, the rewards will be automatically credited to your SRP (Seller Rewards Program) wallet. To redeem these rewards, simply visit your Missions dashboard where you'll find a "Redeem Reward" button on the task that you have completed. When you click this button, you'll be redirected to the Amazon Seller Rewards page. Please note that rewards must be redeemed within 1 year of task completion. Credits will expire after one year on the 1st of the subsequent month in which the reward was credited. For example, a reward credited on January 1, 2024 will expire on February 1, 2025. If you choose to redeem your Rewards Balance as Cash Rewards, ensure your bank account details are up to date in Seller Central. Processing typically takes 7 business days.Other rewards will include certificate, trophies, recognition in seller connect events etc. These rewards will be delivered to sellers within 3 months.
How I would track the redemption of SRP rewards and disbursement?
You can monitor all reward activities through the "Rewards History" button on your Missions dashboard. This displays your complete rewards journey, including task details, credit and redemption
By when the amount will be reflected in my account after redeeming SRP reward as cash rewards?
Amount will be reflected in seller’s account after 7 working days of redeeming rewards.
What is the expiry period of issued Mission Rewards?
SRP Rewards will expire after one year on the 1st of the subsequent month in which the reward was credited. For example, a reward credited on January 1, 2024 will expire on February 1, 2025.
Where can I give the feedback related to my Missions experience?
Please go through Missions dashboard where you can see the “Rate this page” link at the top of the Missions dashboard. You can give rating and write your feedback related to Missions experience. Alternatively, you can also write an email to missions-info@amazon.in
