ICEGATE stands for Indian Customs Electronic Data Interchange gateway – a national portal operated by the Central Board of Indirect Taxes and Customs (CBIC) in India. It serves as a platform to facilitate electronic filing, processing, and exchange of customs-related documents and information between customs authorities, trade entities, and other stakeholders in shipping and trade.

ICEGATE offers varied services including e-filing of Bill of Entry (import goods declaration), shipping bills (export goods declaration), e-payment of customs duty, facility to file online supporting documents and end-to-end electronic IGST refund, and helps promote international trade.
